See a doctor: I cannot tell here what kind of breast lump you have. It could be a benign cyst or skin cyst. It could be something else. The nipple discharge sounds benign and may not even be related to the breast lump you feel All breast lumps need to be evaluated by a doctor & appropriate testing to tell what you may have.
