Nipple burning sensation and about 4cm swelling under the collarbone. i know breast cancer is rare for men. but should i be concerned about cancer?

Possible mastitis: You may simply be having inflammation of the breast that gives the burning sensation and may be triggering regional lymph node enlargement. However, male breast cancer can happen rarely as you said but must be ruled out..at least, have a physician look at it (send pictures)
