Same as always, but: Fast food via the drive through is just as safe or just as dangerous as before the pandemic, as long as the restaurant staff are using clean food-handling habits, the customer doesn't inhale a staff-members exhaled air (wear a mask), and the food bag and wrapper are recycled upon getting home (recycle, don't throw away). Then, washing hands before eating, as in the usual routine.

COVID 19: COVID 19 is not a foodborne illness. I really hope that drive through restaraunt workers are wearing masks and washing hands. Although surface contamination is possible - that only accounts for a small amount of disease transmission. There is a risk from contact with person at window if they cough or sneeze on you. The risk seems "relatively" small.
