Frequently: Wash hands frequently, but especially after touching surfaces, touching other people, & before touching face/eyes for any reason. Use soap & water & wash thoroughly for at least 20 seconds each time.

A/W Dr. Bickel: Wash before meals, before handling food, after using restrooms, after touching surfaces which may be contaminated, before touching eyes, mouth or nose and after being in contact with another. So - wash a whole lot.
