Likely Yes: While I have not seen a case of a wound contaminated with COVID-19 causing the disease I would say wash the wound with soap and water. Apply antiseptic and a dressing. Treat as you would for any other cut. A scab will form and heal over in a few days. Monitor for fever, cough, malaise. If none in 14 days everything likely OK unless you are a asymptomatic carrier.Need testing to find that out.
