Theres free food picking up & my aunt got a pack cheese to my house after getting it from public. it was stored in her fridge and handed me it; i used my hand to eat other things. will the packaging have any covid and transmit like this? what chance?

It would be very unlikely to happen that way. Make sure to wash your hands with soap and water and take other precautions.
