Antiseptic wipes : You could use antiseptic wipes ,(not baby wipes) alcohol swabs and antiseptic spray with chlorhexidine . Also washing hands with soap and water is the most effective way to prevent the spread of the coronavirus .

Nothing beats: washing your hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds using proper technique. It is your best bet.
