Needs a peek: Let someone take a flashlight and gently tug upward on the outside of your ear - then look down the canal to see if there's a foreign body, bug, wax or infection (redness and swelling) in the canal. Magnifying glasses or a magnifying glass can help.

Getting lightheaded. Drink a lot of water & eat healthy. Pressure left temple, back head & neck is stiff/tight. Also tight feeling just behind left ear top neck. Blood work perfect. No other health problems. What could cause this?
