Tickle feeling in outer ear is it due to ear wax? i have used eatex drops for 3 days now but still got this tickle sensation. could this be due to the wax softening and moving causing the tickle or is it something else? no pain/ infection or dry skin?

Rather than ear wax, you may have irritation,inflammation/infection of the external ear canal. An examination with an otoscope would be helpful in making a diagnosis. Prescription ear drops containing antibacterial, antifungal & corticosteroid anti-inflammatory effects may be prescribed depending upon the findings of the exam.
