See ENT: I think you need to see an ENT and suspect that your problem may be from a sinus infection. If the nose has been stuffy for more than 6 months, consider seeing an allergist as well.

Migraine vs TCA: This is not a typical stress headache and some of the features point to either a vestibular migraine or a trigeminal autonomic cephalgia which presents as multiple short, severe headaches < 30 minutes each in the trigeminal nerve distribution i.e. around the eye, temple and forehead with autonomic symptoms on the same side which can be nasal congestion, eye watering,redness,droop, face flushing.
