Time to see a doctor: Moderate chest pain means she should talk with her doctor right away or go to the ER. She should not drive (safer riding ambulance). In her 30's, chest pain is very rarely a heart attack. It more likely is something such as myocarditis, pericarditis, costochondritis (inflamed cartilage), pleurisy, acid reflux, other heart issues, or anxiety attack symptoms. The ER can check some tests and x-rays.
