Probably nothing....: given that you are young and presumably otherwise with no comorbidities, feeling your heart beat after exercise can be normal. Normal response to exercise is increased heart rate. That may have been perceived by u as palpitations; or u could have an extra early beat or two- APC or PVC. If it happens more and/or longer duration, see MD
