What does it mean when you have bumps on your forehead, showed it to my doctor but he didnt think much of it, have memory issues too, are they lumps? someone said theyre probably skin tags, my doctor is retiring so i'll get to see someone else .

Skin lesions ?'s: "Bumps" on forehead should be evaluated by a dermatologist. Get a referral from your present physician.
