Im experiencing chest pain(centre) only at night that eases with rest.ct scan,x-rays,ekg & stress test showed clean results,however d-dimer showed a result of 0.60.i am experiencing chest pain tonight,accompanied with arm pain. what can cause this?

Re evaluation: Please obtain follow up testing to include a D Dimer and an EKG 12 lead. If you have breathing difficulty another chest image may be ordered. Please see urgent care or the emergency room.

27 with chest pounding ( almost 24/7). Ekg's, x-ray, blood, stress test, and ultrasound were fine. The chest pounding comes on mostly at night and rest w/ no pain. HR is normal. Negative for all conditions expect GERD. No anxiety. What is causing it?
34 male. Have had on/off chest pain for years even while at rest. Also recently had covid (mild case). While the echo showed mild dilation with slight regurgitation, multiple EKGs and blood tests have not shown any damage. Is cath or CT scan better?
