Hard to say: without knowing more about the wounds/ Is her Tetanus up to date if the wounds are dirty? Don't know if is of such a depth that it needs to be debrided or if it just be cleansed and soaked. Call your doctor or the hospital & provide more information, so they can guide you as to if an ER visit is necessary or not.
