Patients are generally considered infected/contagious fou 14 days after testing positive. Symptoms may linger for longer. Re-testing is often done on local recommendations defined by the health authority.

Rest, stay well hydrated and monitor your temperature. The symptoms may linger for weeks. When you are without fever for three days and without any symptoms, a retest may be performed after 14 days, whichever is longer.Stay self isolated and avoid contact with others. Watch for signs of shortness of breath, fever and cough.
