Sometimes after i eat, i get really bad chest pains with gas and sometimes a bowel movement. the pain usually goes away about 20-30 minutes after having a bowel movement. sometimes i have lower abdominal pain after to. what could this be?

IBS: This is probably just Roemheld Syndrome or irritable bowel syndrome. Try to decrease the size of your meals and if it persists you might want a referral for gastroenterologist.
