My right hand is normally colder then left at times during the day. for a few days it has felt warm consistently and i've been having pins and needles sensations in hip and now skin of lower left back. feet burn in bed. neuropathy?

Neuropathic pain: What you describe is neuropathic pain. To be certain about neuropathy you would need an EMG-NCV study.

Agree: I do agree that you describe a polyneuropathy. Perhaps it is due to pre-diabetes, but if etiology not apparent, should search for reason. You may have a small fiber neuropathy, and there is a protocol to uncover causation here. I think an experienced neurologist should be able to guide you through process and treat this.
