Herpetic sore on han: Verify the diagnosis and that not foot mouth/ dermatitis herpetiformis, chronic vesicular hand dermatitis, pompholyx, prophyria, pemphygoid .if herpes do not touch eyes, leads to eye infection. If recurrent herpes, consider lysine 500 mg a day for prevention or Valtrex/ Acyclovir x 1 year.Consider underlying conditions that cause recurrence( like autoimmune dx). Follow with dermatologist

Itchy eyes: You may have an allergic response to the alcohol or a preservative in the alcohol. As long as you have no shortness of breath, it is ok to try some artificial tears, or an allergy drop such as zaditor (ketotifen) (over the counter). If symptoms persist, call your local ophthalmologist.

??signs??: Kids capable of waking off an injury will, they are more interested in playing & seldom stop unless something really hurts. If no obvious deformity or discoloration of the skin, you might watch it for a while & place a cool compress to help the pain & reduce the swelling. Do this only if the kid can make a fist & extend it & roll the hand back & forth. If not, get it checked now.

Infection: You have a respiratory/throat infection. Could be viral and could be bacterial best to see a doctor. Other options to help with symptoms include taing elderberry, gargling with salt water or half and half peroxide and mouthwash (do not drink- just gargle) and a warm cloth around neck to hep with lymph glands. Important to rule out strep throat as that will improve with antibiotics.
