Ive had my wisdom tooth removed. one of the stitches came loose before being dissolved. there is a hole at the back of my gums. its not causing unbearable pain but food gets stuck in there. should i be worried?

Wisdom tooth removal: If it is not bleeding and there is no pain, start rinsing with warm salt water one day after the extraction every time you eat to keep the area clean. It will take about 4 to 6 weeks for the area to heal and the hole filled. Stay on a soft diet. Brush/floss your teeth to prevent plaque/tartar build up. Don’t smoke. If there is pain, call your dentist to make sure the area is not getting infected.
