About

Bio

I do my very best to take the fear out of dentistry! Part of it I do by talking and listening to put my patient at ease. Calming down a patient who is nervous and doesn’t want to be in the chair takes time and patience. People want to be heard and feel they can trust their dentist by asking questions before letting them start treatment, so I take the necessary time to ease them into the next stage which is the start of a treatment. I also use tools and supplies that make the treatment comfortable for my patients and I make sure to provide the best treatment available to take care of their dental issues/problems.

Doctors may have more than one area of specialty interest. Board certification in a specialty area means the doctor has completed formal training and has practice experience in that specialty, and has passed the certification examination from the corresponding accredited medical specialty board.

Retainers: I would suggest you call and consult with the dentist and tell them what you are experiencing. It may be wise to wear the retainers for up to 22 hours a day for a longer period of time than 2 weeks, probably 6 months, before you try wearing them just overnight again. Then see if the retainers go in with ease.

Gums and teeth : I recommend seeing a dentist to get a professional cleaning because no matter how much the crunchy apple helps you remove some of the tartar, there will still be a lot remaining under the gumline or between the teeth that you need to have removed. Otherwise, you run the risk of bone loss due to the plaque and tartar which may lead to tooth loss.

See a dentist : You need to see a dentist if you haven’t already to evaluate the problem. It is very possible that you have gum disease or cavities if you haven’t seen a dentist for that long or the least you may be suffering from could be poor oral hygiene which may be helped by getting a dental professional cleaning and/or cleaning your tongue (halitosis). Other medical problems may cause bad breadth as well..

This was very helpful. Thanks! Anyone knows that it takes a few weeks to a month or 2 for complete bone and gum healing. Thought you could provide other generalities.
