After 6 days one of my disssovable stitches fel out of my wisdom tooth extraction. now every time i swallow i feel a flap of gum move. should i worry?

Go back to surgeon : Stiches can come out anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks, especially if they are dissolvable. I would not worry too much, but you should go back to your surgeon to make sure he is comfortable with the way the surgical site is healing.

Wait about 3 weeks : Wait about 3 weeks to see if the tissue flap is due to swelling. If this flap of tissue does not reduce in size or resolve, have it checked by the dentist that did the extraction to see if tissue trimming is necessary.
