Hello, so i had an industrial pricing in my ear for about 5 months now and today it ripped through my ear (helix part) , its not a big tear,no pain, no blood but can it heal by itself ?

Need stitches.: If you tore the earlobe completely, you need to get stitches immediately to fix it. Otherwise the ear lobe won't heal together.
