See ENT or derm: Either an ear Dr or a skin Dr will numb this and scrape away the offending tissue. Probably will be cauterized with ferric subsulfate and heal in 1 or 2 weeks.

Any piercing?: This sounds like a deeper infection than a pimple. Did you have a piercing there? The bursting and simple drainage was not enough so a medical professional should examine your ear for foreign particles, and deep infection it could require lancing drainage and antibiotic.
