Asthma triggers: Asthma can have different triggers, you seem to have two:1. gastric reflux so watch your diet for caffeine, alcohol, spices. Acid reducing meds and elevating the head of your bed. 2. you also seems to have aspirin exacerbated respiratory disease AERD, that is aggravated with Ibuprofen and other anti-inflammatory meds, be careful and avoid, use only Tylenol.
