My child keeps on getting hives on the arms thighs and for head. it appears within 5 minutes and dissappears within 10. there is no known cause, no aggregating factor. is this a concern and needs to be investigated?

Antihistamine: Give your child a dose of a children's antihistamine, and please proceed to a physician's office, urgent care or the Emergency room. Consider a food allergic reaction and list exposures, particularly from the last 4 hours for the physician.
