3 years on and off. palps, chest pain, left arm and jaw pain. which then spreads to left calf, groin, left leg, foot. loads of investigations. ideas?

Vague: I would assume that you have had plenty of tests. Left arm and jaw pain usually signals some type of heart or impending heart issues. The other symptoms may reflect some circulation problems. Tough to try and figure out without going to some well known hospital/medical settings like Mayo Clinic, etc.
