Facial pain: When safe to go out, start with the internist who diagnosed and treats yur vasculitis and NAFLD. He might diagnose it or possibly refer you to a neurologist or oral surgeon. It could be neurological face pain or even pain from from mouth or sinuses depending on exam. But this is not urgent and you should wait until corona crisis is over to have this evaluated.
