My 4yr old is coughing and vomiting. taking coryx and dynalex 5mls 3x but cough's getting worse esp @ nite. temp keeps fluctuating & eyes are watery.

Alternative advice : The fever and temp fluctuations with vomiting are more likely caused by a viral infection than allergy. Advice to stay home is good, but call your doctor for further advice if the child’s symptoms get worse or if there is no gradual improvement over the next couple of days.
