Possible allergy: He may be experiencing an allergic reaction and should be evaluated. Please provide a children's antihistamine, avoid smoke, dust, mold, pet dander and other possible allergens. I would suggest testing for Coronavirus and influenza during the evaluation. He may also need a chest image depending on his lung findings.
