Treating Viral Sinus: Viral sinusitis is self limited. Usually resolves within ten days. Try some Mucinex twice daily, humidifier in bedroom, lots and lots of fluids, lozenges(Ricola, Halls) for the sore throat. If not resolved after 10 days this may indicate the sinusitis is bacterial and necessitates antibiotic therapy.
