Symptoms: Your symptoms suggest infection. You will have to be examined, have images taken, and have lab tests, to arrive at correct diagnosis and thereby the correct treatment. Sounds like you need the services of a specialist ENT. Don't expect self healing, nor will OTC's provide a cure. Go see an expert.
