See a doctor : You can try otc antihistamines, such as Claritin or zyrtec, possibly with pseudoephedrine. If no relief, go see a doctor. Nasal steroids such as flonase, nasonex, (mometasone) omnaris, Veramyst can help.

Take...: Try to take an over the counter anti allergy medication daily. Try the 24 hr non drowsy version daily and see if it helps after a week or two. If it doesnt you may want to confer with your physician for other options.
