Can add nasal rx: I would check with GP before increasing allergex. However you can add nasal saline rinses which are safe and necessary to treat sinusitis. Also budesonide nasal spray is pregnancy class ‘B’ (in the US). Post nasal drip is also a potential symptom of reflux, which occurs more frequently in pregnancy so don’t forget about that.
