How does post nasal drip feel?

Like stuff in throat: It feels like secretion in the throat prompting a need to swallow more, clear the throat, cough, and a feeling like there is something in the throat. The drip is either from the nose/sinuses or coming up from gastric reflux even if there is no heartburn.
