What if someone is showing the symptoms like sneezing but has a cold and not covid-19? does it count and if so what to do?

Sneezing : Sneezing can be related to allergies or upper respiratory infections. Some people that have the virus have no symptoms and can spread the virus. Clinical judgment to isolate someone who is regularly sneezing may be needed or may not necessary

COVID vs Cold: Unless this is part of a chronic pattern, it may not be possible to distinguish a cold from a mild COVID 19 infection. Your doctor can help to assess about the need to test but in meantime would quarantine.
