Hi, i have mild flu symptoms since last week and i completed my medication. now and my partner is having chest pain, sneezing etc. is this signs enough to test for covid-19?

Your partner may need more than Covid-19 test. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Get Covid-19 vaccination.

I would think so. Was you test + for flu? If so partner likely has what you have. Follow local guidelines for COVID in ZA.
