Telemedicine: For non emergent care, you might consider Telemedicine. You can speak to a Dr face to face or via text on a secure system and you can receive lab test referrals, prescriptions and referrals to specialists. As an alternative, ask friends for references to their local doctors. Medicaid also has a listing on their website of Dr's in their system that are near and you can take a cab or UBER/LYFT.
