Seek Osteopathic Dr: W/out knowing anything about your condition, it's impossible to say what can help. What i can offer is something off the beaten path: find an osteopathic med school near you (most take medicaid) or contact the north carolina osteopathic med assoc. They may be able to help you find a good osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal medicine specialist who can help you. These drs specialize in treating back pain.
