Higher: If the question has to do only with the chance of contracting the infection and if you continue to work, providing infection is in the community, your chance will be higher due to continuous exposure to children. If the question has to do with severity of disease in case contracted, due to previous thyroiditis, that does not seem to come up as a significant factor for infection severity so far.
