: Hypoechoic solid thyroid nodules can be malignant. 6 mm isn't suspicious for malignancy though. Multiple nodules also favor benign ones. I would recommend consulting a head&amp;neck surgeon who will collaborate with the interpreting radiologist and then get expert advice after such collaboration.
