There are multiple small hypoechoic/mixed cystic and solid nodules in the thyroid gland, largest measuring 6 mm on the right. my thyroid is burnt, doesnt work anymore i have hashimotos/hypothyroidism. does the report on top mean cancer?

Hypoechoic solid thyroid nodules can be malignant. 6 mm isn't suspicious for malignancy though. Multiple nodules also favor benign ones. I would recommend consulting a head&neck surgeon who will collaborate with the interpreting radiologist and then get expert advice after such collaboration.
