RLQ pain: How long has it been going on? With pain on right lower side we are always concerned about appendicitis ( even if no fever, as chronic may be with limited fever). Can you sleep or do you wake from sleep due to pain? can also be twisted ovary if female, diverticulitis is usually on left or may be stone . Would call MD and ask for outpatient CT of abd with no contrast today.
