Hi doc, i'm 1 month pregnant and since yesterday i have been experiencing severe pains in my abdomen especially on the left side?

Pregnant one month ?: At this stage, the ovary may be causing the left sided pain, but if there is bleeding associated, obtain a serum HCG test to make sure the pregnancy hormone is of sufficient strength. Pregnancies outside the uterus can cause pain on one or the other side. Your OB physician should schedule a pelvic ultrasound for a more clear explanation.
