Rt lower quad pain: Always brings to mind appendicitis.However this usually hurts regardless of whether you press on it or not, and may be accompanied by fever. On the other hand, if it is EARLY appendicitis or if you have a high pain tolerance, it might not be as severe at first. You could also be having gas pain or severe constipation, which is why it would be good to have a Dr examine you.
