I have had pains in my lower abdomen mostly on the left side as well as my lower back for 5 weeks now. it comes and goes and at times is so severe i cant move. doctor gave me meds for bladder infection 2 weeks ago but made no difference.

Abdominal pain ?: Pain on one side and lower back unaffected by antibiotics may represent an ovarian cyst or even a pregnancy in your tube (ectopic). See your gyn for an exam and pelvic ultrasound.
