hi doctor, i have a dull pain at the right side of my abdomen just below the ribcage as well as it is the same at the right lower portion if my back.

Low back pain: Assuming that the pain has been there for awhile with no gi, or URL signs and symptoms it may be lower muscular strain or sprain especially if that area is the deer and discomfort occurs with movement. Maybe see if your doc for an exam and possible relief with some physical therapy
