Depends: Any of those drugs may be useful under certain circumstances. It's important to recognize the drug is an adjunct to the primary treatment, which is long term psychotherapy.

Please see your Psychiatrist for an evaluation of your medication. There are other anxiety medications you could take. Have a physical examination to know if your symptoms are from a physical illness. A Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy can help. If you are not confident in your Psychiatrist please see another for a second opinion.
