About
Bio
I’ve been practicing family medicine since 2001, and my philosophy is to be a listener, helper, and teacher to my patients without judgement. I believe everyone should have a personal doctor they can trust and confide in.
So often good health depends on diet, exercise, sleep and maintaining good relationships. A tip that has helped me with my diet is to focus on the things I can and should eat, not just on what I can’t eat.
I strive to continue learning as much as I can from many different sources about how to make life as rewarding and meaningful as possible for myself, my children, and my patients.
Ongoing care can tax people’s resources, but HealthTap eases that burden by making primary care easier and more affordable.
