Today i reached 13 weeks and have some sharp left and right side pain. we went for our nipt testing last week alongside some blood work and nothing out of the ordinary, no abnormalities detected. is the sharp pain anything to worry about (no blood)?

13 weeks pregnant 's: Lower abdominal pain can represent infection. The exam by your physician is necessary to obtain cultures of the vaginal canal to determine if infections may be present.
