No: It sounds like heart disease has been ruled out. Other causes include: gastritis, peptic ulcer disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, esophagitis, gall bladder disease, pleurisy, intercostal neuritis, myofascial syndrome, fibromyalgia, and neurocirculatory asthenia: just to name a few possibilities.
